We’ve updated our Terms of Use. We periodically make these updates as our business and services evolve. The new Terms of Use apply to new and existing subscribers of our Offerings.
We made changes on December 8, 2025. Here are some highlights of the changes we’ve made:
- Reflecting new business model changes that allow customers and developers to access certain APIs via flexible access options. See APS Offerings here.
- Clarifying how developers may use APIs under the Autodesk Platform Services Terms, for example, if they want to develop a commercial application.
- Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) now clarifies that you may train on your models and data as long as you are not using Autodesk offerings to copy or reverse engineer our offerings.
- Clarifying that our AUP restriction on scraping and data mining applies to Autodesk content (and content we license), not to customer content.
